How do I place an order for flowers on One Click Bouquets?

Ordering from One Click Bouquets is easy! Simply browse our website, select the bouquet you love, and click ‘Add to Cart.’ Follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.

 

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date and time?

Yes, absolutely! Our standard delivery time is 4 to 5 days, or you can select your preferred delivery day during checkout. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 10:30 am and 12:00 noon. Once the flowers are shipped from Ecuador, we will email you the tracking number, which you can check at any time.

 

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No, we do not have a minimum order requirement. Whether you’re looking for a single Bouquet or an elaborate arrangement, we’re here to fulfill your floral needs.

 

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all our products nationwide, except for our tropical flower bouquets, which are not available for delivery in Hawaii and Alaska (they are available in all other states)

 

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is included, you do not have to pay anything additional for shipping.

 

Do you offer same-day delivery?

No, we don’t offer same-day delivery. Our flowers are shipped directly from the farm in Ecuador to your door in the United States. There are no intermediaries or warehouses involved.

Are the flowers fresh, and how long will they last?

We take pride in sourcing the freshest blooms. The lifespan of flowers varies by type, but our arrangements are designed to stay beautiful for at least 10 days with proper care.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure payment methods powered by Stripe.

 

Is my payment information secure?

What is your claim policy?

At One Click Bouquets, we take great pride in consistently delivering fresh, top-quality flowers. Our packaging is meticulously designed to prevent any movement or damage during transit, ensuring your flowers arrive on time and in perfect condition.

However, if you receive flowers that have been mishandled during transport and, despite following our care instructions and proper hydration, they are not in optimal condition, please take photos of the flowers within 24 hours of receipt. Kindly send these photos to our contact information. We will promptly reach out to you to arrange for either a refund or a complimentary replacement
